It deals with writing since 2000, when he published his first book, What Fucking Bunny Yellow , published by Astra.
Then, thanks to professional courses such as iron Vincenzo Cerami, Bepi Vine and Antonio Iaccarino has extended its production to the world of the script, especially comics. After a few thousand pages of practical experience in creative writing, decided to go one step further: in 2006 he founded, along with Bepi Vigna, Elizabeth Costa Stafania Randaccio and the publishing house online Hybris Comics, comic book dedicated to the dissemination of and emerging artists. In this context, he published Made In Italy: The Infamous and several short stories, collected in the anthology Jam Hybris. Since then he has been collaborating with artist Francesco Acquaviva .
Nel 2007 è divenuto il grafico e l'impaginatore di Teorema - Rivista Sarda di cinema, di cui è anche articolista.
Nel 2008, la Hybris Comics si è evoluta nell' Associazione Culturale Hybris , fondendosi alla Centro Internazionale del Fumetto di Cagliari. In questo contesto, Massimo Spiga ha svolto numerosi corsi di fumetto e nuovi media a pubblici più o meno giovani. Nello stesso anno, ha collaborato alla realizzazione del festival del fumetto Nues .
Nel 2009 si è laureato in Intepretariato e Traduzione dall'inglese e dallo spagnolo e svolge saltuariamente il lavoro traduttore, generalmente in contexts related to comics. Collaborates with the site Megachip as a translator of articles of politics and economics, because it's good for the soul.
Between 2007 and 2009 has partnered with various publishers editorial cartoon (Freebooks EF Taphros, SIE Ltd. etc ...) and are receiving a great flurry of publications. In early 2009, has taken the plunge and completed his first novel.
